• Strong Arm Custom Knives will process orders from Monday to Friday within three days of receiving the order.
• We primarily use USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Specific products may require alternative shipping methods, such as UPS Standard Ground Shipping, in certain situations.
• Items typically arrive within 3-5 business days of shipping.
• Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as adverse weather) may cause shipping delays. In this case, we will contact you via email.
• We are committed to providing the most cost-effective shipping methods.

• Customers can get a refund if they cancel their order before it’s shipped. There is a cancellation fee of $5.00 for orders.
• We want to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible. Please let us know if you wish to cancel your order.
• Orders canceled after shipping or refused upon delivery will incur a 15% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for all shipped cancellations.

• Strong Arm Custom Knives aims for every customer to have a satisfactory experience. We inspect and photograph each item for quality control before shipping.
• Suppose you are dissatisfied with the condition of a product purchased from Strong Custom Knives due to acceptable and reasonable defects in appearance and operation. In that case, you may return the item within 21 days of the shipping date.
• Upon receipt of returned items, Strong Custom Knives reserves the right to inspect them. If the returned item is not defective, if you return the item, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund.
• To initiate a return and qualify for a refund, please call us at (406)-697-5579 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must include the original invoice (no copies) with the RMA number written on it.
• Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and items must be returned in their original packaging, free from damage to the packaging (e.g., boxes, etc.), and in the same condition as when shipped by Strong Custom Knives.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please allow 3-6 weeks from receiving the returned merchandise for a credit or refund to be issued. (Strong Arm Custom Knives will offer buyers the option of replacing defective items instead of giving a refund.)
• Please note that all returns should be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. or UPS for tracking purposes.
• Strong Arm Custom Knives assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods or packaging during return shipments. Therefore, we recommend purchasing insurance from your chosen shipping provider.
